Support transformation of the company by restructuring governance and quickly engaging the new management team on collective issues :
- Facilitate stepping back and letting go of the founding director.
- Design together the new organisation and provide individual support to key people.
- Accelerate “team performance” : cohesion, active cooperation, adaptation to change & motivation to tackle a demanding challenge together.
The programme
A “long term” accompaniment, over a period of a year, with several highlights :
- Coaching of the founding director: 12 sessions of “sparring coaching”.
- Accompanying reorganisation : 20 days over 6 months, including an audit (individual interviews, analysis of the organisation (PEGASUS grid)), process map, description of the target organisation, designing an action plan, leading actions, drafting organisational documents and providing individual support for the main managers.
- A PEGASUS group training “Develop your decision-making skills” for the future CEO: 3½ days at the PEGASUS Campus with 5 other business leaders.
- “Executive Committee Performance” seminar at the PEGASUS Campus (2½ days) to align and adjust operation of the new Board.
- ½ day feedback with the Board.
- A “Key Project Incubation Day” in a PEGASUS WAR ROOM.
