Objectives

Following the creation of a centralised HR Department, set up a joint corporate/subsidiaries HR team and build cross-functional operational HR projects:

  • Create an aligned and cooperative “HR team”.
  • Define the rules group/subsidiaries.
  • Identify, prioritise and launch in WAR ROOM mode cross-disciplinary HR projects.

The programme

A 2-month discontinuous programme :

  • An important planning phase:
    • Questionnaire to the CEOs of the main subsidiaries.
    • Interviews with Group Directors.
    • Joint meetings with contributors.
    • Synthesis and consolidation.
  • 48 hours of seminar at the PEGASUS Campus, for the joint corporate/subsidiary HR team :
    • Confidence building.
    • Adjustments to teamwork rituals.
    • Team SWOT analysis.
    • TEAM Charter & commitments.
    • WAR ROOM work on HR projects (framing and priorities).
  • A day of AAR in Paris: (after-action review) assessment and adjustment; anticipation of further action to be taken.
