JOINT VENTURE IN SERVICE INDUSTRY
“INCUBATOR: LAUNCH OF A COMPLEX PROJECT”

Objectives
Create a mixed steering team from two different companies, to kick off a complex project involving more than 200 employees :
- Integrate and mix the two corporate cultures to create “One Team”.
- Use the PEGASUS WAR ROOM methodology to launch the joint project on a solid and common footing.
- Develop an action plan for the project : outcome sought, success criteria, phases & sequences, non-compliant cases.
The programme
Short, dense accompaniment, over a period of 2 weeks :
- Two calibration meetings in Paris with the managers of the 2 companies: self-assessment and perception of “the other”, specific ambitions and points of vigilance.
- 2½ days “incubation” at the PEGASUS Campus , in three successive phases :
- “Creation of a team” by means of a collective “PEGASUS High Performing Team Test” followed by agreement on the team’s operating rules.
- A second phase “learning WAR ROOM method and tools”, using examples of Special Forces operations and immediate application to the Joint Venture project.
- A final “define the action plan” phase to start again from the “incubation” with each participant’s objectives and responsibilities, deadlines and analysis of project risks.
- Half-day follow-up/adjustment in Paris one week later to update the action plan.
