Objectives
- To strengthen the ability to manage projects in complex environments.
- To evaluate your potential and make the best use of resources.
- To maintain team performance over time.
The programme
As part of a 6-month “Executive Programme” organised by the company’s in-house university, the course run by PEGASUS Leadership was held at the very beginning of the programme: 2½ days of action-learning training at PEGASUS Campus, to :
- Foster team spirit.
- Take stock of the participants’ managerial experiences.
- Provide a solid basis for reflection on “the posture of the leader: first steps, pitfalls to avoid, good practices to apply”.
By the end of 2019, we had run 34 courses in the Future Branch Manager programme.
