Objectives
- To foster networking between Leaders (community, network of exchange of good practices).
- To improve self-knowledge in the face of decision uncertainty.
- To strengthen participants’ ability to build high performance/demanding teams.
The programme
Course over 2 months including :
- individual assessment : carried out remotely, to position yourself in relation to the company’s managerial reference framework (self-assessment test) and commit to a personal growth target (interview with a PEGASUS coach).
- 4 days of training at PEGASUS Campus : each participant “takes command” of a 3-part team project: “WAR ROOM Preparation / Action in the field / Feedback and business application”. At the end of the seminar, paired self-coaching session to set up an individual action plan for each participant’s personal growth target.
- One day for further exploration in Paris : After-action review and spotlighting of specific topics discussed during the training.
- Individual coaching : a session of “targeted coaching” to adjust and start the personal growth action plan.
A PARTICIPANT’S VIEW
« To be honest, I’m not a great fan of training – I always feel bored and don’t feel like I’ve learned anything important for doing my job.
But this one… Wow :-).
A good dose of outdoor activities, organised and supervised by professionals, which are immediately applicable to my professional situation. I loved the War Room mindset! A classroom session at the end of the training in Lorient which I loved and which I think will help me to understand myself better in order to grow. With concrete ideas to implement… and a follow-up that encourages us to keep at it…
I also came out of it re-energised from having met people with incredible experiences: other Directors of my company and those from PEGASUS ! »
