I. Preamble – Purpose and Scope of Application
PEGASUS LEADERSHIP is an independent professional training organization headquartered at Terre-Plein Papin – Bloc K3 – Base des Sous-Marins in Lorient (56100), registered under activity declaration number 493 848 956 with the Lorient Trade and Companies Register (R.C.S.).
Definitions:
- “Training organization” refers to PEGASUS LEADERSHIP
- “Trainees” refers to individuals attending a training course
- “Trainers” refers to employees of PEGASUS LEADERSHIP
- “Head of the training organization” refers to the program director
Article 1.1 – Purpose
These internal regulations define:
- Health and safety measures
- General discipline rules
- Applicable sanctions in case of non-compliance
- Training organization procedures
Article 1.2 – Scope
These rules apply to all trainees for the entire duration of the training, whether in-person or remote. They are mandatory and do not require individual acceptance.
Article 1.3 – Training Location
Training may take place on PEGASUS LEADERSHIP premises, external venues, or outdoors. These regulations apply to all such locations.
II. Health and Safety
Article 2.1 – General Rules
Each trainee must ensure their own safety and that of others by complying with all applicable health and safety instructions.
Participation in activities is optional. Trainees are free to decline participation, particularly for practical exercises.
Article 2.2 – Compliance
- Trainers ensure compliance with safety rules
- Trainees must report any danger immediately
- Access may be denied to anyone not respecting safety rules
Article 2.3 – Accidents
- All incidents must be reported immediately
- On-site accidents are handled by the organization
- Travel accidents are the employer’s responsibility
- Trainees should inform the organization of health conditions if relevant
Article 2.4 – Alcohol and Substances
Access under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Article 2.5 – Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all enclosed areas and training spaces.
Article 2.6 – Fire Safety
Trainees must comply with all fire safety instructions and evacuation procedures.
Article 2.7 – Access
Access to premises is limited to training purposes only. External visitors are not allowed without authorization.
III. Discipline
Article 3.1 – Attendance
- Trainees must provide required documents
- Attendance sheets must be completed
- An evaluation is completed at the end of training
Article 3.2 – Attire and Behavior
Appropriate dress and respectful behavior are required. Mobile phone use is prohibited during sessions.
Article 3.4 – Schedule
- Trainees must respect training schedules
- Absences or delays must be reported
- The organization may modify schedules if necessary
Article 3.5 – General Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
- Insulting remarks
- Non-training activities during sessions
- Unauthorized removal of documents or equipment
- Use of alcohol or drugs
- Damage to equipment
- Unauthorized IT use or external device connection
Article 3.6 – Equipment
Equipment must be used properly and returned in good condition.
Article 3.7 – Recordings and Intellectual Property
- Recording sessions is prohibited without authorization
- Materials are for personal use only
- Image rights require prior consent
Article 3.8 – Personal Belongings
The organization is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items.
IV. Disciplinary Measures
Misconduct includes:
- Physical or verbal violence
- Threats to safety
- Damage to property
Article 5.1 – Sanctions
- No sanction without prior information
- Trainee has the right to defense
- Sanctions are formal and justified
- No financial penalties allowed
V. Entry into Force
These regulations come into force on March 4, 2026.
They are provided to trainees prior to registration and are available on the PEGASUS LEADERSHIP website and at training premises.
