Objectives
- Vision, Transparency & Decision-making in a changing environment.
- Personal perspective and individual coping strategies in non-standard situations.
- Acquisition of team development techniques.
The programme
Spread over 6 months, discontinuously, this course includes:
- 2 days of training in Paris :analysis of personality tests (customer software), group and mini-group workshops on decision-making.
- 3.5 days of IMPACT seminar at PEGASUS Campus : individual and team role-plays, feedback and relevance to individual issues, start of “business case” working groups.
- 2 regional CODEV sessions : resolution of a participant case + acquisition of CODEV techniques.
- 1 day restitution in Paris on business cases.
